Deliveries and returns
Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of payment in mainland France, and within a maximum of 30 days for international shipments. A link to track your package online will be sent to you as soon as it is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping costs (preparation, packaging and postage) are free for all orders to mainland France, from 280 euros of purchase. For other destinations, these costs depend on the products ordered as well as the shipping zone . They are indicated in your basket, before the confirmation of the order and the associated payment.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Returns and Refunds
You have a period of fourteen days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for a refund if they are not suitable.
Any return must be notified in advance to Maison BONAMI via our contact form .
Packages must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the following address:

Unless there is a proven defect or non-conformity of the product, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT : once the paper is glued and/or cut, no claim can be made to Maison BONAMI.
Once your return has been received, checked and validated, Maison BONAMI will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 5 working days.
We do not offer standard exchanges. For a new size, another model, or another color, simply reorder on the e-shop.
